Alumni Information
SDJAA
The San Diego Joint Alumni Association is up and running! Formed out of a desire to both help the local groups and to promote greater bonds among the former membership, SDJAA is committed to serving the needs of the alumni far into the future.
For information on membership and meetings, please "friend" us on MySpace or (preferably) visit our Facebook Group. If you have any questions, we encourage you to contact Deanna Jagow at president@sdjaa.kkytbs.net for specific details on upcoming events or how to join.
Keeping in Touch
If you haven't signed up for our alumni or announcements listserves yet, please do so! This is the best way to keep in touch with other alumni, and to be informed of "large-scale" events the group is currently putting on, or to be updated on important information.
The chapters are trying to both host more events geared specifically for alumni, and to encourage more alumni to come to our regular social events. Until our online calendar system is back up, we encourage all alumni to remain in contact with us either through communication with the chapter Historians, or via our general chapter listserve. (Note: This list is used for day-to-day operations and occasionally has high traffic.)
Updating Your Info
It goes without saying that if we don't have current contact information for people, we can't get things out to them! Please double-check your profile online and correct any mistakes you see there. (If you've never logged in before, send an email to the webmaster and we'll activate your account for you.) Take some extra time to fill in your big brother and/or sister information, and email us with any little siblings you had that aren't already listed. The historians are working on a large-scale family tree project and would greatly appreciate any details you remember.
Chances are, you know the whereabouts or details of some alumni that we don't have information for. If you have any leads on people we're searching for, use the "missing in action" form on that person's profile, or just send an email to the Historians.
